Construction Progress Monitoring in NW1

Book construction progress monitoring in NW1 with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

NW1 is a regular destination for our construction progress monitoring crews. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.

Every construction progress monitoring brief starts with what the images have to do. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in NW1. North West London is a regular working area for us, and NW1 is part of it.

We confirm what permissions the NW1 site needs before anything is booked in. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
