Construction Progress Monitoring in N1

Everything we fly in N1 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work in N1 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

The right altitude for any N1 site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and N1 is no exception. Clients in N1 often have sites elsewhere in North London, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

Where the site in N1 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in N1 are given notice where the operation warrants it.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Larger data sets are delivered by secure transfer rather than physical media. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

How long will you be on site in N1?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
