Construction Progress Monitoring in KT1

Whatever the site looks like in KT1, our construction progress monitoring team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work in KT1 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Budgets and deadlines are easier to design around when we know them early.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Built-up areas like KT1 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. We hold current airspace knowledge for Kingston upon Thames as a whole, KT1 included.

Each KT1 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in KT1. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. If anything changes between quote and flight, you hear it from us first.

KT1 borders the tidal Thames, which changes how a flight there has to be planned. Our crews include working river skippers, so over-water and riverside jobs are coordinated with the Port of London Authority as a matter of course.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Can you work around a live site in KT1?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
