Construction Progress Monitoring in EC4N

Construction progress monitoring in EC4N, quoted per job and delivered to a spec you agree up front.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

EC4N is part of the London area our construction progress monitoring crews cover as standard. Clients here range from developers and contractors to production companies, agents and event organisers. We will say plainly if a drone is the wrong tool for what you are trying to show.

What comes back from the EC4N flight should stand on its own without explanation. Where EC4N sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. East Central London is a regular working area for us, and EC4N is part of it.

Every flight in EC4N starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Everything we fly in EC4N sits inside the permissions we actually hold. Send the EC4N address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

How much notice do you need for a booking in EC4N?

A few days is comfortable for most EC4N sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
