Drone Survey in EC4N

From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver drone survey throughout EC4N.

We take drone survey bookings across EC4N most weeks of the year. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.

Clients in EC4N usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. We have flown enough of London to know where EC4N gets complicated. EC4N is one of the East Central London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

Flight planning for EC4N accounts for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Nothing about the EC4N operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Can you work around a live site in EC4N?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
