Construction Progress Monitoring in CR3

Whatever the site looks like in CR3, our construction progress monitoring team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

We take construction progress monitoring bookings across CR3 most weeks of the year. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

Clients in CR3 usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. London airspace is not uniform, and CR3 has its own constraints to work around. Sites across Croydon get the same crews and the same standards as CR3.

Each CR3 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Tell us the CR3 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

How much notice do you need for a booking in CR3?

A few days is comfortable for most CR3 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Can you fly drones in CR3?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in CR3. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
