Construction Drone Filming in SM4

SM4 is inside our regular operating area. Our construction drone filming crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

SM4 is a regular destination for our construction drone filming crews. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

A drone reaches vantage points in SM4 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. Tall structures around SM4 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. SM4 is one of the Sutton districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

Every flight in SM4 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. We keep the brief and the delivery in writing so expectations stay aligned.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do you need for a booking in SM4?

A few days is comfortable for most SM4 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
