Construction Drone Filming in N16
We cover N16 for construction drone filming, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
We know the airspace picture over N16 before we quote on it. Sites vary from tight residential streets to large commercial and industrial plots. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.
We shoot construction drone filming to be used, not to fill a gallery. Tall structures around N16 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. Anything we can do elsewhere in North London we can do in N16.
Airspace over N16 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.
We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. The same pilot who plans the N16 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
