Civil Engineering Drone Surveys in UB2

Professional civil engineering drone surveys in UB2, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.

UB2 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

Whether the UB2 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, UB2 included. Southall is a regular working area for us, and UB2 is part of it.

Every flight in UB2 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
