Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in UB4
Professional roof & asset condition surveys in UB4, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Our roof & asset condition surveys work reaches every part of UB4. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.
We shoot roof & asset condition surveys to be used, not to fill a gallery. London airspace is not uniform, and UB4 has its own constraints to work around. We work the whole of Southall, so UB4 is rarely a standalone trip.
We assess the UB4 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.
Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
How much notice do you need for a booking in UB4?
A few days is comfortable for most UB4 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
