Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in SM1

SM1 is a regular destination for our roof & asset condition surveys crews. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. We already know which parts of SM1 need extra lead time and which do not. Because SM1 falls under Sutton, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Where the site in SM1 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.
