Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in SE1
We cover SE1 for roof & asset condition surveys, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
UAS London covers the SE1 postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.
Most SE1 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of SE1. Clients in SE1 often have sites elsewhere in South East London, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.
Flight planning for SE1 accounts for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.
We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. The same pilot who plans the SE1 job is usually the one who flies it.
A good deal of SE1 looks onto the tideway, which is where most of our flying hours have been logged. We plan around the tide, keep a radio watch on river traffic, and notify the PLA before the crew arrives.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because SE1 is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
