Drone Mapping in SE1
UAS London provides drone mapping across the SE1 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Our drone mapping work in SE1 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Clients here range from developers and contractors to production companies, agents and event organisers. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.
A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Where SE1 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. Because SE1 falls under South East London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.
We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the SE1 site before quoting. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in SE1. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. You will know who is turning up in SE1, and when, before the day.
SE1 takes in a stretch of the tidal Thames. Our team works the river constantly, so vessel movements, tide windows and PLA coordination are handled in-house.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because SE1 is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
