Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in IG7
Tell us the IG7 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Our roof & asset condition surveys work in IG7 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.
Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in IG7 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. We hold current airspace knowledge for Ilford as a whole, IG7 included.
The IG7 operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Larger data sets are delivered by secure transfer rather than physical media. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do you need for a booking in IG7?
A few days is comfortable for most IG7 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
