Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in IG1

Book roof & asset condition surveys in IG1 with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.

We take roof & asset condition surveys bookings across IG1 most weeks of the year. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. We quote per job rather than from a rate card, because sites differ more than services do.

We plan roof & asset condition surveys around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Some IG1 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Clients in IG1 often have sites elsewhere in Ilford, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

Where the site in IG1 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. On site we match the platform to the job, using cinema rigs for filming and RTK systems where survey accuracy matters. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any IG1 booking. Nothing is held back pending payment; you get the material as agreed. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

How long will you be on site in IG1?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
