Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in E3
E3 is inside our regular patch, so roof & asset condition surveys there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
We know the airspace picture over E3 before we quote on it. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.
What comes back from the E3 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Operating in E3 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Our coverage of East London means a crew can reach E3 without a long transit.
Operations in E3 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Request QuoteFrequently Asked Questions
How much notice do you need for a booking in E3?
A few days is comfortable for most E3 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
