We take drone survey bookings across E3 most weeks of the year. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

Before we fly in E3 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.
Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any E3 booking. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. You will know who is turning up in E3, and when, before the day.

Can you work around a live site in E3?
Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
How long will you be on site in E3?
Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
