Aerial Photography in EC4Y

Professional aerial photography in EC4Y, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.

We deliver aerial photography throughout EC4Y for commercial and private clients alike. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

Most EC4Y clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and EC4Y is no exception. Anything we can do elsewhere in East Central London we can do in EC4Y.

Before we fly in EC4Y we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Riverfront work in EC4Y needs a crew that reads the water as well as the airspace. Ours includes working Thames skippers, so tide state and vessel movements are planned for rather than discovered on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Can you work around a live site in EC4Y?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
