UAS London provides brand activation drone filming throughout the Angel area. Activations in the Angel area are more often booked through an agency than direct. Repeat campaigns for the same brand keep the same crew wherever scheduling allows.
Flight plans account for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. Where access is restricted, we scout the approach before crew and kit arrive.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M cover in place. We liaise with local authorities and site managers so the flight does not disrupt the surrounding area. Residents and neighbouring occupiers are given notice where the operation warrants it.

Do you need the site closed off while you fly?
Usually not. Most activations are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from the public. Where the Angel site genuinely needs more than that, we say so at planning rather than on the morning.
Do you need special permits to film an activation in Angel?
The flight runs under our CAA operational authorisation with a site-specific risk assessment, and where the airspace requires it we arrange NATS or local authority coordination. That covers our aircraft. Permissions for the activation itself, including the site, stay with whoever is producing it.
Can you cover an activation across several London sites?
Yes, and where the sites are close enough it costs less as one mobilisation than as separate bookings. It also keeps the look consistent across the set, which matters when the images run together as a campaign. Send the addresses and the running order.
