Selected work from across London and the Thames.
For roof & asset condition surveys in the Angel area, UAS London can plan, permit and fly the job end to end. Local clients tend to be developers, agents, contractors and creative studios. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.
We write the risk assessment for the specific Angel site rather than reusing a template. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. Light matters as much as weather, so we will suggest a time of day that suits the subject.
Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs our documentation, we provide it up front. If the Angel site is busy, we schedule around quieter windows to keep ground risk low. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.
You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. Tell us what you need in Angel and we will confirm feasibility and cost before you commit. Quotes are fixed, not estimates that drift afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need the landowner's permission?
Take-off and landing require the landowner's permission, and we will identify whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate wants sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Can you fly indoors or in confined spaces?
Yes, using sub-250g aircraft and a separate risk assessment. Enclosed spaces change both the platform and the plan, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
How much notice do you need for a booking in Angel?
A few days is comfortable for most Angel sites, and urgent work can often be covered at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, take longer, and we flag that as soon as we see the brief.
