We work at Woolwich Reach regularly, and river operations are the core of what we do. That combination of aviation and marine crew is what makes over-water work practical rather than theoretical. Where a brief covers several reaches, we plan them into one run down the river.

We survey the Woolwich Reach bank and the water in advance to fix take-off, landing and contingency points. High-zoom and thermal payloads cover structural inspection of piers, bridges and river walls. Flights are kept tight, because on the river loiter time costs you the tide rather than buying better footage.

We keep the river authorities informed from planning through to the end of the flight. Our pilots hold advanced CAA permissions covering congested river corridors and historic crossings. If the airspace or the PLA position makes the job impossible, you hear it at the enquiry stage.

Rushes can go out the same evening where a broadcast deadline requires it. We are trusted on the river by operators including CPBS Marine Services, MMS Marine and the Dutch Master. Happy to advise on feasibility even if you end up not booking.
