Thermal Drone Inspection in EC4R
Book thermal drone inspection in EC4R with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.
Our pilots work in EC4R often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.
Most EC4R clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. We already know which parts of EC4R need extra lead time and which do not. Sites across East Central London get the same crews and the same standards as EC4R.
Before we fly in EC4R we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Anything we cannot legally do, we say so before you book rather than after.
Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. We keep the brief and the delivery in writing so expectations stay aligned.
Riverfront work in EC4R needs a crew that reads the water as well as the airspace. Ours includes working Thames skippers, so tide state and vessel movements are planned for rather than discovered on the day.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because EC4R is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
