Real Estate Drone Videography in W12

Our real estate drone videography crews work W12 and the districts around it throughout the year.

Real estate drone videography in W12 is something we are set up to do at short notice. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. We will say plainly if a drone is the wrong tool for what you are trying to show.

We plan real estate drone videography around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Operating in W12 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Because W12 falls under West London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Airspace over W12 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation W12 usually calls for. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in W12.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

How much notice do you need for a booking in W12?

A few days is comfortable for most W12 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
