Real Estate Drone Videography in SW20

UAS London provides real estate drone videography across the SW20 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

We know the airspace picture over SW20 before we quote on it. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Access constraints in SW20 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in SW20. Clients in SW20 often have sites elsewhere in South West London, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for SW20 ahead of the shoot date. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Send the SW20 address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
