Real Estate Drone Videography in NW9

Tell us the NW9 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

Our real estate drone videography work reaches every part of NW9. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Most NW9 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in NW9. NW9 is one of the North West London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

Ground risk in NW9 is assessed on its own terms, street by street. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. We fly the plan that was agreed, and flag it if the site has changed since.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. The same pilot who plans the NW9 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
