Real Estate Drone Videography in KT1

Whatever the site looks like in KT1, our real estate drone videography team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

Booking real estate drone videography in KT1 puts a CAA-approved crew on site with the permissions already in place. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

Every real estate drone videography brief starts with what the images have to do. Where KT1 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. KT1 is grouped with the rest of Kingston upon Thames on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

The KT1 operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. We would rather explain a constraint up front than surprise you with it later.

Riverfront work in KT1 needs a crew that reads the water as well as the airspace. Ours includes working Thames skippers, so tide state and vessel movements are planned for rather than discovered on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
