Real Estate Aerial Photography in W4

Our real estate aerial photography crews work W4 and the districts around it throughout the year.

If your site falls in W4, our real estate aerial photography team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

The point of real estate aerial photography is usually a decision someone else needs to make. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in W4. West London is a regular working area for us, and W4 is part of it.

Airspace over W4 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Part of W4 fronts the Thames, and river work has its own rules. We coordinate with the PLA, work to tide windows, and can launch from a vessel where the shot needs it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

How much notice do you need for a booking in W4?

A few days is comfortable for most W4 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
