Real Estate Aerial Photography in RM7

A CAA-approved, £10M-insured crew for real estate aerial photography anywhere in RM7.

RM7 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Operating in RM7 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Sites across Romford get the same crews and the same standards as RM7.

Airspace over RM7 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
