Real Estate Aerial Photography in RM4
Everything we fly in RM4 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.
Our real estate aerial photography work in RM4 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. Access constraints in RM4 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.
An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Some RM4 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. We work the whole of Romford, so RM4 is rarely a standalone trip.
Operations in RM4 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in RM4 are given notice where the operation warrants it.
Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
