Real Estate Aerial Photography in EC1V

EC1V is inside our regular patch, so real estate aerial photography there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.

We take real estate aerial photography bookings across EC1V most weeks of the year. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

We shoot real estate aerial photography to be used, not to fill a gallery. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of EC1V. EC1V is grouped with the rest of East Central London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

The EC1V operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. You get one point of contact from enquiry through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
