Real Estate Aerial Photography in EC1M

From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver real estate aerial photography throughout EC1M.

UAS London covers the EC1M postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

We shoot real estate aerial photography to be used, not to fill a gallery. Some EC1M streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. EC1M shares its airspace picture with the rest of East Central London, which we already know well.

Any EC1M flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. If the airspace makes the job impossible, you will hear that at the enquiry stage.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Nothing is held back pending payment; you get the material as agreed. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in EC1M.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Can you work around a live site in EC1M?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
