Real Estate Aerial Photography in DA7

Our real estate aerial photography crews work DA7 and the districts around it throughout the year.

Our pilots work in DA7 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

Most DA7 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Where DA7 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. We hold current airspace knowledge for Dartford as a whole, DA7 included.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the DA7 site before quoting. Everything is captured at the highest quality the job can actually use. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

How much notice do you need for a booking in DA7?

A few days is comfortable for most DA7 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
