Real Estate Aerial Photography in CR9

Our real estate aerial photography operations reach every part of CR9, with raw files back the same day and edits inside 48 hours.

CR9 is part of the London area our real estate aerial photography crews cover as standard. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

The value of real estate aerial photography here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of CR9. CR9 is grouped with the rest of Croydon on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Airspace over CR9 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. We flag anything that could delay the CR9 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
