FPV Drone Filming in WD6

Commercial FPV drone filming in WD6, from a London operator with CAA approval, £10M cover and same-day raw delivery.

WD6 is a regular destination for our FPV drone filming crews. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

The right altitude for any WD6 site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. Operating in WD6 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Our coverage of Watford means a crew can reach WD6 without a long transit.

Before we fly in WD6 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Everything is captured at the highest quality the job can actually use. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

Everything we fly in WD6 sits inside the permissions we actually hold. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. We would rather explain a constraint up front than surprise you with it later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

How much notice do you need for a booking in WD6?

A few days is comfortable for most WD6 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
