Drone Survey in N1C
Our drone survey crews work N1C and the districts around it throughout the year.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Drone survey in N1C is something we are set up to do at short notice. Sites vary from tight residential streets to large commercial and industrial plots. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.
Every drone survey brief starts with what the images have to do. We have flown enough of London to know where N1C gets complicated. Our coverage of North London means a crew can reach N1C without a long transit.
The N1C operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
Can you work around a live site in N1C?
Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
How long will you be on site in N1C?
Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
