Drone Survey in EC3P

We fly drone survey throughout EC3P, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We know the airspace picture over EC3P before we quote on it. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. London airspace is not uniform, and EC3P has its own constraints to work around. Because EC3P falls under East Central London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Airspace over EC3P is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation EC3P usually calls for. Ask for the EC3P brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
