Drone Mapping in WC1V

We fly drone mapping throughout WC1V, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

If your site falls in WC1V, our drone mapping team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

We shoot drone mapping to be used, not to fill a gallery. London airspace is not uniform, and WC1V has its own constraints to work around. WC1V is one of the West Central London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

We assess the WC1V location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. Repeat visits to WC1V are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
