Drone Mapping in CR5
From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver drone mapping throughout CR5.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
We deliver drone mapping throughout CR5 for commercial and private clients alike. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. Repeat visits to the same CR5 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.
A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. London airspace is not uniform, and CR5 has its own constraints to work around. Because CR5 falls under Croydon, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.
We assess the CR5 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.
Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Larger data sets are delivered by secure transfer rather than physical media. The same pilot who plans the CR5 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
