W3 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.
The right altitude for any W3 site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. Operating in W3 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. W3 is one of the West London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.
Where the site in W3 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.
We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in W3.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Can you work around a live site in W3?
Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
