We take drone inspection bookings across N3 most weeks of the year. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. We will say plainly if a drone is the wrong tool for what you are trying to show.
Good drone inspection makes the next conversation shorter. Operating in N3 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Clients in N3 often have sites elsewhere in North London, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.
Airspace over N3 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We fly the plan that was agreed, and flag it if the site has changed since.
Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any N3 booking. Ask for the N3 brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. The same pilot who plans the N3 job is usually the one who flies it.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
Can you fly drones in N3?
Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in N3. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
