DA1 is part of the London area our drone inspection crews cover as standard. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.
Aerial work in DA1 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. Built-up areas like DA1 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Anything we can do elsewhere in Dartford we can do in DA1.
Every flight in DA1 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in DA1.

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
