Drone Filming in WC1X

UAS London provides drone filming across the WC1X postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

WC1X is a regular destination for our drone filming crews. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Tall structures around WC1X affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. WC1X is grouped with the rest of West Central London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Each WC1X job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Anything we cannot legally do, we say so before you book rather than after.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Nothing about the WC1X operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Can you work around a live site in WC1X?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
