Drone Filming in SW7

SW7 is inside our regular operating area. Our drone filming crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

We know the airspace picture over SW7 before we quote on it. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

Every drone filming brief starts with what the images have to do. We already know which parts of SW7 need extra lead time and which do not. SW7 is grouped with the rest of South West London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Each SW7 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. The same pilot who plans the SW7 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in SW7?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
