Drone Filming in EC2M
Professional drone filming in EC2M, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Our pilots work in EC2M often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.
A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. We already know which parts of EC2M need extra lead time and which do not. EC2M sits in the East Central London postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.
We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for EC2M ahead of the shoot date. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.
Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
How much notice do you need for a booking in EC2M?
A few days is comfortable for most EC2M sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
