Drone Filming in CR8

Professional drone filming in CR8, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.

Our pilots work in CR8 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.

The value of drone filming here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. Built-up areas like CR8 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Croydon is a regular working area for us, and CR8 is part of it.

Airspace over CR8 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in CR8.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

How long will you be on site in CR8?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
