Construction Site Mapping in W5

Whatever the site looks like in W5, our construction site mapping team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

If your site falls in W5, our construction site mapping team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. Quotes hold; we do not revise them once the job is agreed.

We shoot construction site mapping to be used, not to fill a gallery. We have flown enough of London to know where W5 gets complicated. We work the whole of West London, so W5 is rarely a standalone trip.

We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for W5 ahead of the shoot date. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Anything we cannot legally do, we say so before you book rather than after.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Send the W5 address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in W5?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
