Construction Site Mapping in SM3

Our construction site mapping crews work SM3 and the districts around it throughout the year.

SM3 is part of the London area our construction site mapping crews cover as standard. Clients here range from developers and contractors to production companies, agents and event organisers. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

Most SM3 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. We treat SM3 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. Our coverage of Sutton means a crew can reach SM3 without a long transit.

We confirm what permissions the SM3 site needs before anything is booked in. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any SM3 booking. Repeat visits to SM3 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
