Aerial Photography in SM3
Commercial aerial photography in SM3, from a London operator with CAA approval, £10M cover and same-day raw delivery.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Getting a crew into SM3 is a short job for us rather than a special arrangement. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Budgets and deadlines are easier to design around when we know them early.
What comes back from the SM3 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Some SM3 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Anything we can do elsewhere in Sutton we can do in SM3.
Operations in SM3 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.
Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. Give us the site details and we will confirm feasibility and cost before you commit. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
