Construction Site Mapping in N1C

Commercial construction site mapping in N1C, from a London operator with CAA approval, £10M cover and same-day raw delivery.

N1C sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Clients here range from developers and contractors to production companies, agents and event organisers. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. The airspace picture over N1C is checked fresh for each booking. N1C shares its airspace picture with the rest of North London, which we already know well.

The N1C operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation N1C usually calls for. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in N1C.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
