Construction Site Mapping in KT1

We know the airspace picture over KT1 before we quote on it. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. We will say plainly if a drone is the wrong tool for what you are trying to show.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Knowing where you can legally launch in KT1 saves a wasted mobilisation. KT1 is grouped with the rest of Kingston upon Thames on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Where the site in KT1 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. We keep the brief and the delivery in writing so expectations stay aligned.

A good deal of KT1 looks onto the tideway, which is where most of our flying hours have been logged. We plan around the tide, keep a radio watch on river traffic, and notify the PLA before the crew arrives.
